How long does it take before I receive my order?

It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order, depending on how busy it is.

After that, your product will be shipped and you can expect it within approximately 3 to 7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have paid?
Sometimes we can still make adjustments. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, chat, WhatsApp, or social media, so we can see what is possible.

Can I return my order?

We offer a return period of 30 days during which you can return the package without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you received the order. Please note that the return must be made within 30 days.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find your order number (at least 5 digits), an overview of your order, and the delivery address.
